How to Keep Fit

Age is not a question to an out-of-shape person who wants to get fit. All people can benefit from regular exercise.
To keep fit doesn't actually mean doing to grueling routines. The essential thing is that the person must be as active as he or she can. Though it may seem to be a struggle initially, but if one can identify an exercise he or she enjoys and can keep up, and it would follow that he or she feels fantastic.
