Supplies

Paint, sand paper, caulk, caulking gun, tacky rags, brushes or rollers(whichever you prefer to use) of your preferred sizes, paint cloth or tarpaulin to lay on the floor and cover heavy furniture, solvent for cleaning yourself and equipment, drop cloths or plastic drop covers that have a sticky side you stick to windows and pull down the plastic sheet. Masking tape or painter’s tape, paint tray if you are going to use rollers, paint stick or extension rods for the roller, old newspapers, step ladder, required solvent (turps or water) and rags

Protective Equipment

Overalls, painting gloves( if you want to avoid the long cleanup procedure afterwards, safety goggles if you’re going to paint the ceiling.
