Anti-burglar paint – a type of paint that protects metals and other surfaces but stays wet and prevents painted surfaces from being used as a hold down to gain access into a premises.

Deadbolts – hardware that are added to doorknobs that are more resistant to kick-in. Some also have chains attached that allows the door to open partially if you want to leave it open but not enough to let a person into a premises.

PIR sensors – are a type of alarm that uses an invisible infrared light beam that when broken triggers the alarm device or a light fixture.
