Hammer drill – an electric drill that has a percussion mode that moves the bit up and down a few hundred times a minute allowing the combination of chiseling and drilling at the same time.

Lead masonry anchor or also called a lag bolt – is a wall fastener for heavy loads that has a shield or metal tube that has a rough texture that grips and compresses as you tighten the lag bolt. The lag bolt has a similar appearance to a wood screw but with the head of a metal bolt due to the immense torque needed to drive it into the hole that would not be possible with screw drivers.
